306-781-7465As Facility and Operations Manager, Brad Smith provides overall leadership for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and long-term care of Communiskate's facility. He oversees building systems, refrigeration and mechanical equipment, capital projects, preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, and operational planning to ensure the arena operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. Brad also leads the operations team, supports staff development, and works closely with management to maintain the high standard of service our members, user groups, and community have come to expect.
